Who We Are
Seascan Marine Foundation is a sister organization to the Sea Scan Maritime Foundation, both estabilished and headed by Captain Virendra J. Mehta. We have been operating for 25 years, offering a state-of-the-art campus with lush green surroundings and well-designed interiors to enhance students' learning experiences.
Located in Chicalim, Goa, we offer modular STCW pre-sea and post-sea courses for seafarers.

To adhere to the guidelines set up for the courses, approved by the Directorate General of Shipping in compliance with STCW Convention and Code 1978 as amended. And also to meet the legislative requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).​
